Preserve Table Manager window size and position

Title says it all.

Currently the Table Manager window has no memory of where it was left, so opens in the same position and size each time auto importing is started, and needs to be sized and positioned each time.

So, this simple feature request is that the Table Manager window remembers it's size and position between sessions and reappears where you last put it.

If the Table Manager window would be off the screen (maybe a different monitor or resolution setting compared to the previous setting), then it can be reset to its initial default position and size.
