Hi, I am having trouble with my HEM. My computer froze and Now i got it up ad going again, but once I get holdem manager to open I got a popup that says "
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click contirnue the application will ignore the error and attempt to continue. If you click quit the applcication with close immediatly. Input string was not in a correct format. " Any help you can give me in fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

can you update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmOmaha.exe and if the problem persists then go to Filter > Clear and then Filter Use for all and see if it fixes it

The link you gave me is for HM omaha? Is that the correct link? I tryed clearing filters and I get the same error. I tryed switching to other players and the error does not come up at all, only when I have my name selected. Any more help you can give me would be greaty appreciated.

Yeah thats the correct link, most likely you have an empty alias setup, if you go to Options > Alias in the bottom pane how many usernames is selected, maybe post a screenshot

Also i just downloaded 1.08 beta 22 and tryed installing that. I still get the same error, when my player name is selected. Here is the details from the problem that pops up.

I downlaoded the link you gave me and installed it. The error apears to be gone, but I cant get it to show any of my hands. In the players tab , it shows the amount of hands that I and others have played. But if I am in the cash games tab, under report or sessions or any tab, nothing is shown. Any ideas?

There is only 1, and it is my correct screen name and correct alias that I had created. Any other ideas? Can we do a support session or something?

Why have you setup an alias then, delete the alias and change it to you actual username, you only need an alias if you play on 2 or more sites and want to combine the stats together.

So delete the alias, then select change and type you username and it should have the site initials in bracket after it like ABS,PP,IPK etc and not ALIAS

i did what you said. When I go to change and try to select my screen name, it shows I have played over 400,000 hands. Which is correct, when I then select my name , once it loads it only showed 122 hands. I have no filters on, and have cleared all the filters, and have it set to show all hands, all time , all games. Any ideas?
