1.11.07-4 and 1.12 Crashing on Win7 64 after update

I've just gone back to the official 1.11.06g and I'm getting the same problem.

Was on 11.07-04
updated today to .12.

Trying rollback to 11.07-04 and get "DatabaseUpdateLog.txt" error. Now dont understand what to do ((

Please provide an estimation to fix the issue (I am not going to uninstall windows critical updates unless I absolutely must to). Is there any possibility an update will happen today?
