I cant open HM please help

    Default I cant open HM please help

    whuen i try to open HM, it show a error

    "an error occurred while loadiong the prefs files: Falta el elemento raiz"


    I unistall and istall but nothing hapends. Please Help

    Please close down HM, the go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config and look for a file called prefs.xml and delete this then reboot HM and it should be fine
