different replayer HUD vs actually game HUD

hand replayer shows different HUD (probably default) then I actually use in game .. how can I set up right?

Go to hud options--> player preferences--> use for tab

Assign the "default" HUD to a site you don't play on.
Or make sure it's not assigned to ANY SITE.

And assign your preferred HUD to ANY SITE... or
clone the default HUD, and assign it to REPLAYER. (you can select the replayer, as if it's a pokersite)
