    Default Non-tracking / Bad tracking results of SNGs

    Hope screen tells everything



    What do I have setup incorrect?

    Played on PokerStars?
    What type of games?

    Did you also reimport the summary files.

    Since you've played more than 200 (you can only request your last 200 in the PokerStars lobby) email PokerStars and request all your results.

    Run a import from file on the .html file they sent you.

    Played on PS, 45-180mansi.

    I didnt have setup saving summary.

    I have just set it and gonna try.

    they sent me .xlsx file. How can I import it into holdem manager?

    Cant do this. It is .xlsx type of file

    When i choose "Import File(s)" option, can choose only "hand history" type of files.

    They should have sent you a .html file with your results.
    Can you try emailing them again.

    If they claim they can only sent you the .xmls file, email us the the file to support@holdemmanager.com
