I just started playing Betsafe (SnG) today. Before i played Bet24 (both Ongame skins). HUD doesn't show at the table unless i add them manually in Table Manager.
I didn't have this problem on either Bet24 or Eurobet.

Do you have the same issue for cash tables?
I think the only way to detect the tables with Betsafe is by using the TableFinder in TableManager on each table.
You can try to delete exenames.txt (in the HoldemManager/Config folder)
or manually edit that file. Does Betsafe use a different .exe name to start the program? (different than Bet24)

Is StartBet24Poker.exe written in the exenames.txt file?
Can you change 12,poker.exe in exenames.txt to
13,Poker.exe. (or to the same number StartBet24Poker.exe has)

Bet24 isnt in the list
the one it places in the list the first time i find a table in Table Manager is 10,Poker.exe. All the other Ongame skins have 10 as their number too.

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.
Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it
If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.
Left-click and drag the red X to that table window
Click OK
