Default New to HEM -- Autoimporting with PT3 & HEM

    Hello!

I'm new to HEM on the 15 day trial, but I am going to buy it pretty imminently. As of right now a key issue is maintaining the integrity of my PT3 database as well.

Basically, I want HEM to import hands from stars for HEM's HUD and then be able to hit auto import in PT3 at a later date to import the unadultered (But perhaps moved) hand histories.

This is to ensure overlap to check for missing data and there are certain features of PT3 that I don't mind using in conjunction with HEM.

I currently have a setup where I clicked options, configure auto import folders. I designated these my PStars import and old PT3 Processed folder import. The archive folder is set to C:\Temp.

I am currently importing, and only half way through but I don't see any hands in C:\Temp.

I am thus wondering a few things:

1: Will the hand histories in C:\Temp be of pristine original condition.
2: When do the hands archive and where do I set this option (I have checked all the options)
3: If I set it to archive, and then import using PT3 from C:\Temp will this work out?

    Thanks!

    1) Yes, the file name may be altered however the contents of the file will not

    2) Default is 15 mins since the file was last modified/accessed but you can change it to whatever you want http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=175

    3) Dont see any reason why not, btw is C:/Temp a folder you created? Just wondering if its a windows folder that only stores files temporarily or something

Hrm, there doesn't seem to be the option to change archive duration. Is this a trial issue?
