Bad tracking my results

yesterday I cashed in two tournaments, but HEM takes it as non profit and doesnt show any winnings. Do you know why?

If it's on a site that has no summaries, or doesn't write to the handhistory file how much you won, in what position you finished, etc. you'll have to manually add those results in tourney--> results--> dataview
