No stats on certain players

Sorry to make so many threads...

HM2 will randomly decide to not display stats on certain players. It does this in game and in the replayer.


When I opened up the replayer to take a screenshot, it actually did it for all the players.


I closed and re-opened the replayer. And it only did it for one player, but even after completely closing and restarting HM2 this players stats will not show in game or in the replayer. I have a few hundred hands on him.


It does this with several players. It seems to be random.

IF you go to drag a hud spot, will the stats go right?

Can you guys email me a couple hands with a player where this happens? Easiest is to zip up the hands from a day in HMArchive and let me know the player name who doesn't show stats.

Not shore how to export a couple of hands to zip.. I thing I have noticed after finding the players. When I look at them on the replayer you can see there stats???????????

No need to send in hands. Played a SNG with another tester last night and I had the problem where he didn't. Restarting HM solved the problem for me. That makes this even harder to track down for us but I'll be mentioning it on the dev call Monday to see if Programming has any other suggestions for us on duplicating the problem.

I didn't try stopping the HUD and starting it in the ribbon. You might try that if you get it again and post the results. Anything that can help us track this down is +EV for getting a fix in there.

I've had this in the replayer a couple times, but can't get it regularly.

I have found - and I saw this with skraper - that if you drag the hud, the stats show up. I keep trying to duplicate it.

Yep, this is the one thing that's currently holding up a Public beta. This is on Roy's tasks and he's currently finalizing performance improvements. Expect this to be fixed when he is done with performance programming. ie soon
