Update: installed 1.11.06h and rebooted. Stars/FT server side scanning are back and working. Ipoker and Party however are not

Everest/PartyPoker/ipoker Insta-Scan issue should be solved asap.

Will # days will be added to my subscription for downtime? I can't imagine a scenario where this should be down for this period of time.
Don't waste your time. I was told to apply for a refund, did so and then was told that because i paid 2 months ago i could not have one. Support obviously hasn't a clue what is going on. I have paid 79.99 for something i haven't been able to use for weeks - new subscribers be warned.
Guys i aplogise for the delay, we should have this resolved very soon, unfortunately when sites make updates we need to make some changes on our end to fix this so its inevitable there will be some downtime. If you think this is unreasonable amount of downtime please email sales@holdemmanager.com with details and well see what we can do.

Totally understandable if a site changes something but when two sites go offline at the same time I just assumed it was something on your end.
Party Poker not working again today. Any news on my refund? I've been waiting for a return email from "the manager" for some considerable time.

Im getting fed up with this. It is standard, good customer support that the downtime days should be added to subscriptions gratis and hassle free.
