Default Postgre cause my companies Security Scans to fail

    Hi,

I have an issue where PostGres is causing my employers workstation compliance tool to flag a fail giving the reason that all accounts must have a screensaver password configured with timeout time less than 30 mins, I cant even see the user account "postgre" listed? Anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks

Can't you set exceptions to the scan to NOT scan the PostgreSQL folder / PostgreSQL server?

Similarly set exceptions to the firewall to NOT monitor port 5432, and postgres.exe.

    To find the postgres user:
Go to control panel > administrative tools > services. Find PostgreSQL--> properties--> here you can change the password for the user as well
