Hello i'm french and i have buy HEM on 2009 after 1 year i relanch HEM small stakes and i see that :

In the filter only the limits are displayed from which you have hands in your database.

So i guess you have only NL2 hands in your database?

When i play on nl2 HEM takes my hand history on pokerstars but in NL5 i don't read there

But my handhistory don't exit to my folder

Is your stars client switched to english language?
Does it write english handhistories?
Please create a new database for a test and import some NL5 hands via import file or import from folder - does this work?
