problem imorting heads up sngs

I just purchased HEM and am switching over from PT3, mainly because I play husngs on pokerstars and from what I understand HEM automatically writes the tournament summaries. Anyways, I pointed the importer to the file where all my hand histories as well as the tournament summary files are located and it imported them but clearly did not record them correctly, as the profit graph takes a nose dive around halfway through the # of games played. Here are the problems I've noticed:
- tournament size says 4, whereas it should be 2
- # of tables 2, instead of 1
- finish position is either 1 or 4 (instead of 2)
- winnings = 0 regardless

these are all problems that I'm having with alot, but not all games

another problem is that they are all without exception recorded as regular speeds, whereas I play mostly turbos, so there's a problem there too.
I have played thousands of games, so manually entering this info is not an option. Any ideas?

I reimported all the hands, and it fixed some isseus. It occurred to me that I seem to not have the summaries for all my tournaments, which is weird since PT had most of them. Anyways, most of them are husngs, which HEM is supposed to be able to import without the summary, right. It's still recording the size of alot of these tournaments to be 4 instead of 2, although it did fix the finish# in a lot of cases. However, the new games that I'm playing seem to be reported correctly.
This is a nightmare to wade through, because these falsely imported tournaments aren't even labeled as "incomplete" and they don't all share the same errors it seems, making finding all of them a real problem.
Any ideas?

Also, if I were to request more than the last 200 summaries from pokerstars would HEM be able to use the shorter summaries to fill in at least the heads up games? That's all that I really care about.

edit: also another weird thing i noticed, is that when I sort by size in the data view tab, the entries aren't properly sorted

I am in the process of getting the missing summaries with the help of an ahk script and so far it looks like it is working. It seems that the HEM "auto-fill" summary function, or whatever it's called has some flaws in it though.
And it still doesn't distinguish turbos regardless of how I import the information
