Beta 17 doesn't start anymore, want to reinstall Beta 16

Beta 17 froze so I terminated it. Now when I open it I get a message that says:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you Click Quit, the application with close immediately.

Could not load file or assembly 'Softelvdm.Controls, Version=1.0.0.10, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=25c3069afccab10e' or one of its dependencies. The module expected to contain as assembly manifest."

Then I can click details, continue, or exit. When I hit continue, the initializing screen shows up but then nothing happens.


Another HEM user had this problem as well, I found out. He installed a newer version and it worked again. As there is no newer version than Beta 17 I reinstalled Version 1.07, it's working fine. But I'm missing the Tourney Section. Can I find Beta 16 somewhere?
