Just payd for the HEM, no confirmation?
Hello! I just payd for the hem, got my reference number and it sayd that the key will be e-mailed to me in 12h. My question - why so long 12h? Why dont you send a e-mail right away like thank you your key will be sent soon. Otherwise I am thinking maybe i entered a wrong e-mail adress.(paranoia)
It says up to 12hrs in most cases its alot sooner. Check your spam folders and make sure sales@holdemmanager.net is added to the list
