HEM upgrade
So here is my problem. I tried to upgrade my HEM but after downloading it, there is just a message that my trial license ran out, although I have a full version. So I followed the instructions what to do in such case and went to Login to Holdem Manager. But now I donīt exactly know what to do? Should I use the "Reset all profiles" button there or ....??? I didnīt found any similar threads or Faq so can someone help me? Thank u
Yes, Reset All Profiles and try again.
If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.
