Can you send a screen of the error you see?
We've had this in the past but it looks to be resolved with internal testing team. I also don't believe anything froze when this happened to us.
Can you also send us a log file right after this happens?
C:\Users\YOURPCNAME\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ log.txt
What version of PostgreSQL?
Any special firewalls or anti virus software?

Hi,
When I try to connect local postgree database and create a new one importing hands I get a connection problem error. I usually work with this local database in HM1 and didn't have any problem.
Also, I cancel the conection an get "Delete Database error..." and HM2 closes.
I only triying to import hands from this database.
Happening on a regualr basis for me.
Playing three Tables of Rush NL10 and it keeps coming up with an error that it fails to connect to Database.
Everything freezes and needs to be restarted.
I can't post pics but if you need it emailed let me know.
Error itself says:
Holdem Manager cannot connect to PostgreSQL database. This can be caused by a Firewall or Windows Update. Please see this FAQ blah, blah, blah.
I'm running Kaspersky AV and Windows update is running auto and is fully up to date if that helps?

Did you get my Logs Brent? I'll try it again later with the new release (459) and send you the log through again if it replicates.
Programming has made some changes and thanks us all for our logs. Once the current licensing issue is resolved I'll upload a new build which will hopefully have this bug eliminated.
