    Default Kaspersky + HEM

    Hello

I have a new pc with kaspersky installed and I can't get hem to work. I've tried to follow what's explained in this faq : http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...urity+2010%3F+
    But I'm blocked at step 4. I can't browse to C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL
because I wasn't able to install postgresSQL : at the end of the downloading process I get this error message : "PsqlInit.exe has stopped working"

Uninstall Kaspersky and try the postgresql installation again.
If its up and running you can try to install Kaspersky again.

    Problem solved !
I have no idea what I did correctly but I didn't unistall kaspersky.
I have a new problem now (Should I create another thread ?)
I'm following this faq : http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...store+Database to restore my database.
I'm blocked at step 7 . My computer doesn't recognize my backup file : when I click on the ... button and go to the location of my backup file, nothing appears.

Did you create the backup file when you were using a differrent version of PostgreSQL you are now?
(backup created with SQL 8.3....., yet you're now using SQL 8.4)
SQL 8.3, 8.4, 9.0 are not compatible with each other.

Also possible is there was a corruption in the database you backuped.
Try to just reimport all the original handhistories into a new database.
