    Default HM Crashes every 2 minutes :(



    Hi there. Since a few days i very often get this and similar errors and HM doenst work fine, even doesnt import sometimes.

    What to do? Why is this problem so sudden, started after using Beta8 for already two weeks? Never changed a thing.. Greetings

    I ahd this on my windows xp laptop but not my desktop. (also xp)
    Its more likely a problem with your windows rather than a holdem manager issue

    maybe but my pc works fine, so what's the problem? somewhat with transport protocoll and postgresql but i don't get it, particularly i did not change a thing

    i try to update my net framework first, maybe that can help

    I remember I deleted and reinstalled something. microsoft visual c++ runtime library perhaps. Can't remember for sure though, but since I have same os on two computers and one works and one doesn't it can't be the product

    Hi, this is almost always your firewall / anti virus / any spyware software getting in the way of the connection. BitDefender seems to be a frequent causer of this and there are others as well.

    Basically they decide that they do not like what is being sent to the database port and they cutoff the communication. Most firewall / anti virus / anti spyware programs will operate fine with HM.

    i use vista firewall, avira antivir and spybot. are there known problems? i have these programs for over a year now.
