    Default Error Sending Error Report # 1731

    I just tied to fill out an error report and when I hit enter the whole computer froze and after about 30secs I get a message saying unable to send report to Holdem Manager. The client then closes.


    The error itself was trying to mark a hand on the HUD under where it says settings and config.

    I selected the hand from the drop down (3 hands ago) but was only able to see the last hand. No matter what i tried the last hand was the only one showing. This then led to freezing and the above error report.

    Are you able to mark the hands now?

    Try sending feedback and include log files, see if you can now.

    I think this was a build-isolated issue. Please run the next update and this should be fixed. I can't get it in the latest internal build.

    It seems fine to mark and show hands now. I'm finding the who program very resource intensive so I have a feeling that might be making it crash

    What do you have for ram and cpu?

    Post a screenshot of your task manager while playing and while idle.

    Just ran into the same issue, I have sent a few error reports on my issue with HEM crashing when I open the opponents tab, this time I could not send a report. Using latest Ver.

    If you play on microgaming, please uncheck include subfolders in auto import folders. This will make your log files smaller
