my hud dosnt show up import works table manager works

i cant figure this out i have went thru every step i have windows 7 and the latest update

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

And create a NEW database in 1.11.04

ive done all this they are all set to run as administrator

ive reinstalled hm and now the thing just sits there and dosnt update the stats and when a player is knocked out a tourney the stats dont remove like they use to ive never had some many problems is there a way i can get a refund so i can purchase poker tracker?
