Abb. Name Color?

Hi, just switched over to HEM from PT3 and loving it so far. I'm a bit confused in the HUD setup however what the "Abb. Name" color ranges are linked to?

I have players at the table who's name are red, yellow and green linked to <20, <40, <oo.

20 what?

Is there any way I can set these color ranges to be based on VP$IP?

No but you can setup your own color coding for any stat, obviously you cant base it on the BBs though
