You Fix My Problem, I Buy Your Product
Hi, Your software is great, but I'm having issues with it.
1st. "Unable To Read Transport Connection..." I sometimes get this. Usually when I restart my computer it fixes it, but somewhere during my poker session when I refer to HEM the error arises again.
I've tried reinstalling HEM, doing what was advised in the FAQ: using services to start Postgresql, deleting postmaster, looking into Windows firewall to make sure it was off, disabling firewall and antivirus to make sure they weren't interfering with the connection.
2nd Sometimes, when I click between tabs under cash games I also get an unhandled exception error. Below are the details.
I tried reinstalling .net framework and this didn't help. Please help me fix these problem. Thanks.
