HUD pre-fetch not working on FTP

Since updating to the latest release the pre-fetch is not working on FTP for me. The HUD appears with player names, but the panel is blank with no stats in it. Once I play my BB all of my stats appear. I have set the import folder manually, & chkd the relevant settings. Pre-fetch was working for me before the update. Can you help?

Please reset the additional hud filters to 2-10 for all # of players and try to enable all filter limits on the right side.
Restart HM and try again.

Thanks for the quick response.

The only check box I had to tick was the 'Mix FTP Rush & Non Rush stats' one. Ticking this got pre-fetch working again.
