How to obtain/import Stars MTT summaries
Title says it all really.
Using latest beta, I request tournament history from Stars. I make sure I remove extra line breaks which Outlook puts in and save them as a text file. I ask HeM to import from file.
It imports with errors, but nothing changes. From 78 tourneys I get 40 errors.
Am I requesting the wrong summary?
Am I saving the tournament in the wrong format? (Tried ASCII and UNICODE)
Am I importing incorrectly?
