I just went on Betsafe and I can't manage import hands.
I changed my database and the folder for importing hands but it still doesn't work.
Is there another thread concerning this problem ?

I already did all the things to configure HM.
My pokersite is Betsafe and not Betfair.
I can't manage importing hands, but it must be my mistake because everybody here seems to import without any problem from Betsafe...
betsafe is on the ongame network. dont know if that helps you, but maybe check faqs for ongame configuration.

I already used HM on TowerGaming & Everest without problems,
that's why I am a bit surprised that it doesn't work with betsafe :/
There is an issue with Betsafe since its a new skin, its being fixed in the latest version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe however you may need to use the table finder the 1st time http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=54

Still doesn't work, I didn't wait HM to work before playing !
I installed the last version of HM (I followed your link) and it still doesn't work, any other player playing on betsafe ?
My problem is that I don't manage importing hands !

I have a problem on Betsafe as well.
The importing is fine but the hud doesn't show stats automatically. I always have to use table finder with a new table.
I also don't get any popups when I highlight or click the stats on the hud.
I updated HEM to the latest beta (1.08 beta 22) and this problem still persists.
I attached my exenames.txt.
Please delete your exenames.txt file and then save the one ive attached to the same location and restart HM. You might need to use the table finder the first time and then it should be fine http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=54
