I'm trying to run HEM on two computers. Initially on the first installation I was asked something about an activation box and I chose two.
When I did the same on the second computer I tried to chose 2 (ANY) in the activation box. HEM said, "There were errors during activation. You can retry activating online or go back and try another method. If problems persist please contact customer service."
I retried it several times. I could attempt choosing "one any" but would like confirm this will work for my second machine.
