    Default HEM errors

I'm getting an error when I open HEM:

Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

DB control panel opens after I click ok, and get the message saying I need to turn off UAC (done already). My DB's don't show up, and I have to close, and reopen.

And then I get the error when I have it running and refresh a report:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. Again it says that it's unable to read data from the transport connection.

What does it sound like is messing up?

postgres was running, I get the error sporadically. Everything will be fine for a while, then I get it for a day.
