HUD not working on merge network

Just started an account on Black Chip Poker..

Importer appears to be importing HHs, but when I go to the results tab, no stats are available other than the BIs that I played (including finish position, # played, rake, etc)... Also HUD is not working.

I already downloaded the newest HEM update (i.e. 1.11.06e)

ok still having problems... the results tab still has the problem i talked about in the OP, and now my HUD is having different issues... Although the hud was displaying correctly for awhile, it did not properly update when i changed tables... It still displaying the old stats after i press update HUD

Please update to the latest version .06e1 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

SNG or MTT? If MTT you will need to manually edit the results because Merge does not write summaries.

If they are single table SNG, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

HM Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > auto detect > OK
