Database error

This morning upon starting HEM I received the following error message:

An error occurred when retrieving the player list: ERROR XX001:
The head of the page is not valid in block 130 of the table players

How can I fix this?

Notes: I have been playing entirely on FullTilt without any problems.
Last night, I played about a dozen tournaments on Stars, one of which
had over 5000 players. Maybe this has something to do with it.

Followup:

After the above error, the program did not abort and I continued.
I started up a FullTilt Cash game and selected autoimport. When
the first hand was played, I got the following error message:

Player Hand Error 25P02: Transaction Aborted. Please email support
and let us know what version of PostgreSQL you are running.

I am running version 8.3

Followup 2:

I found in the forum someone else who had the same error and
followed the advice to export the data and create a new database.
I did this and everything seems to be running fine.

Now how do I get rid of the old corrupted database?
