Default Refund options for unactivated HEM bought from Card Runners

I purchased Hold Em Manager Pro (I was sent the activation code) from Card Runners at the reduced price of $50 last week. I tried the trial version after I had payed for the product, but when I did I found it to be incredibally slow on my laptop and the screen would freeze if I tried to play any more than two tables.
I have not used the activation code and would like a refund for the product as technically I have only used the trial version. I contacted Card Runners about this and they said I should contact somebody here.
Obviously I cannot post the codes here, but I can give you these details through an email along with my Card Runners details and they should be able to verify this and, if they are the ones to do so, issue a refund in the way I paid.

Thanks, hope to hear from you soon.

Can you contact support@holdemmanager.net about this issue. If you explain some more details on exactly what was slow i might be able to help
