    Default First license didn't work, now it won't import

    Hello,

    I've got both Holdem manager and Omaha manager, first of all the computer didnt want to activate my license no matter how many times I uninstalled the program and installed it again. Not sure what was the problem.

    Now it won't import any hands at all from either NLHE or PLO even though I'm 100% sure I'm importing from the right folder.

    What can I do?

    Please tell - which pokersite you play in?
    Which gametype?
    Which HM version you use? Update to the latest http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
    Which operating system? -
    Are you using any 3rd party firewall, antivirus, anti-spyware, adaware, tuning or registry cleaning programs? And if yes - which ones?

    Please tell - which pokersite you play in? Svenska Spel, a swedish siter, but it doesn't work for Full Tilt either.
    Which gametype? NLHE 5 max
    Which HM version you use? Update to the latest - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe - I use the latest version yes.
    Which operating system? - Windows 7, running as admin.
    Are you using any 3rd party firewall, antivirus, anti-spyware, adaware, tuning or registry cleaning programs? And if yes - which ones? None of em, I uninstalled them.

    Which SQL version are you using?

    Try creating a NEW empty database, and reimport the hands.
    set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)

    I reinstalled the whole program, including postgreSQL and made a new database. I could import all my old hands from HMArchive and that worked just fine, but the hud nor the importing wants to work with Svenska Spel or Full Tilt Poker, what can I do?

    Make sure your lobby is installed in English, if your lobby is installed in a non-English language some of the table names cannot be picked up so please change the language in your poker client lobby or if this is not possible reinstall it in English.

    Table manager is up, the hand histories themselves aren't in English but that's no problem since October 2010 it works for Svenska spel anyway, earlier we used a hand converter.

    I got the latest versions of everything, and the same import way as my friends whom it's working for.

    C:\Users\Martin\AppData\Local\Boss Media\Svenska Spel\history + subfolders

    Now what?

    Change the language of the handhistories to English.
    Or convert them first.

    And set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and reboot.

    I've fixed the converter and the date was already set to the US thing, and its still not working.

    I dont understand any of this why its not working
