    Default Problem

So I go to launch HEM yesterday and it wont pull up any info at all. When I launch my HUD it never starts up either. It acts like it is taking its time working but nothing ever happens.

It does show 25K playes on the tab so it must still have my db (I hope to god!). My screen name is correct, but it doesnt reconize me at the tables.

I play on FTP and had just run an update, fwiw.

I get this error message: the following error occurred when running this report: ERROR:XX000: could not read block 595 of relation 1663/25452/25711:Invalid argument.

Also, it shows my last session as being 4/24/09. It shows a yearly graph, but not one from this month. reoprts tab is just blank as if it is working, but never pulls up.

    thanks for any help!

What version of HEM are you using? Vista or XP?

Can you connect to the DB Control Panel? Options > Database Management > Connect > Export Hands

It sounds like some kind of problem with your database.

Try to create a new DB, and import some of your archived hands. If the new DB works OK, you can delete your old DB and import the rest of your archived hands to the new DB. If the new DB doesn't work, it may be a problem with SQL, and may have to be reinstalled. Your archived hand folder path is C:\HM Archive by default, unless you changed it when creating your auto import folders. Options > Auto-Import Folder Configuration > Select one of the paths listed > Edit > [Archive Folder]

If none of that helps, or you need hellp with any of it, just let us know and we can get you scheduled for a remote support session.

Make sure UAC is off - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=73

Stop the Auto-Import and try going to the DataBase Management. If you can connect to the DB Control Panel, I suggest you 'Export Hands', so that you can try importing them into a new DB. If you have the same problem in the new DB the problem is likely your SQL and would need to probably reinstall SQL.

If you need help with that, or reinstalling PostgreSQL just email fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, your forum name, and your AIM/MSN/Skype, so you can schedule a Teamviewer session.

This is what the tutorial told me to click on.

    It goes from:

    set up parental controls
    change user account type
    manage another account

Please email fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, your forum name, and your AIM/MSN/Skype, so you can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download and install the Teamviewer software using all the default settings. Or you can use the Quick Support version which doesn't have to be installed.

I have 1 or 2 other remote support sessions to do today, but I should be able to work you in later this afternoon.
