Incomplete tourneys
I play SnG's/MTT's on Stars, I have the import HH's and tourney summaries options checked and configured on both ends. So, it is my understanding that HEM imports the HH's (which have the finishing position and payout in them) and it also imports the tournament summaries (which have that info in greater detail).
Still, about 1% tourneys are listed as "incomplete". How does this happen?
