hand import not complete after reinstallation

Hi,
since the latest FTP security enforcements, i decided to delete all my observed hands. But i got alot of troulbe after...

1. ERROR: All players and hands were still alive after purging.
- so i had to delete the complete DB and install a new one.
2. ERROR: I cant reimport my played hands anymore complete. HEM generates thousands of duplicates even though i have deleted the old database, or HEM just doesnt find any files in the folders i want to import from.

Help needed!

Follow these instructions

Open the original database where you purged the hands from. Export the hands from that database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=173 and then create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146 and import the hands into the new database

So use the export/import option rather than the restore.

This will get rid of those hands you purged earlier as a new database will force it to recache

I import exported hands, but HEM cant import them all, i use the same PT3 exported hands when i ran HEM the first time some weeks ago with no probs but now it makes probs.
