Won't autoimport

I thought there was a problem with my Pokerstars account, as it didn't seem to be saving the histories onto my computer... However, now they are saving properly, the Manager has been configured to download from this file...but it isn't working...

I had the application set up fine until I paid for it and registered...Now it won't import hand histories for me. I followed the set up guidelines exactly, and have even tried starting a new database and going through it all again... Is it possible that some other program I've downloaded is interfering with the import feature?

If you manually import does it give any errors on the import TAB?/

No - it gives no error message whatsoever. I click autoimport (or I'll try to manually import), and it'll say it's doing it...but it isn't.

Sorry I didn't reply before - completely slipped my mind!
Yes thank you, that sorted it. I did disable User Control before, but apparently it needed to be done again. Maybe because I didn't restart the computer or soemthing, I have no idea.

Anyway, all fixed now. thanks for your help.

now i have the exact same problem but i have desactivated the UAC. when i import manually i can import the handhistories but not when i want to use autoimport..

the problem is on partypoker. now i have the same problem on boss but not on ongame or betfair where ive mostly played earlier. is there a simple way to go about this?? or what should i do

If it manually imports but dosent auto import then its telling you that the aut import folders arennt setup correctly

Find out where party save the HH's then set that folder up in HM and it will work

i must admit that im really bad at this stuff but its also really strange.. now i have been using HM for quite some while and its worked really well. ive now started playing on partypoker and i naturally want to use HM playing at that site has well.

im using HM version 1.06.01t.

im using windows vista.

i set the autoimport in the following way. through the options menu i select "configure autoimport folders". i add a new folder to autoimport from via the "add folder". i then use "select" and find the appropiate folder which is under partygaming-partypoker-handhistory-(screenname).

now i for some strange reason the autoimport doesnt work.

when i "import from folder" it does work.... with the same folder....

so u want me to reinstall everything completely? ill do it but i just wanted to be clear about what im suppose to do.
