Importing Freerolls from PokerStars

I posted here but even with qza's help I can't figure it out?

Is it a bug or me?

Hi,

Can HEM import from these [cash game freeroll] files. If you request your last xxx hands from Stars, they drop you an email with those hands in. However when saving that as a txt file and attempting to import, HEM imports nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

Could you email me the original hand - all the line breaks are messed up in the one you posted. Look at the chip counts - they are all on the first line. Want to make sure that isn't the problem because it could just be a forum posting issue

It appears Outlook was removing line breaks solves the problem when turned off.

However - why is HEN just not autoimporting them? The most I can get is 100 hand histories and it will be awkward to try and keep track and request each 100 hands.

You need to do a manual import i.e choose import from file or import from folder not auto import as this is only for live hands
