Best way to keep databases on all PC's identical

I play on multible pc's and would like to import hands back and forth every few weeks. Now the original import from main pc to new pc obviously took quite some time because of total # of hands.

If I export/import again what happens with the duplicate hands. Are they overwritten? Do I end up with duplicate hands causing database issues? Is this a time consuming effort everytime I do this?
