Problem with graph for an alias

Hello,

And thank you for this great software.
Have just updated to the latest version, but problem still here.

When I look in "Option/Settings/Rakeback and bonuses" I see the folowing bonuses :
screenname1 : + 138.50
screenname2 : + 500.00
Important : I defined no rakeback for any screenanme.

When I display "cash games/reports/By stakes", "All hands", "No Filter" I see :
results1 = -95.96
results2 = +122.97

When I display "graph + rakeback/bonuses" "All hands" "No filter" I see :
graph1 : results = -95.96 ==> OK / +bonuses = 42.54 ==> OK
graph2 : results = +122.97 ==> OK / +bonuses = +622.97 ==> OK

When I display "graph + rakeback/bonuses" "All hands" "No filter" for an alias of screenanme1 + screenname2 I see :
graph alias : results = +27.01 ==> OK / +bonuses = about +600 ==> NOK, +665.51 expected.

I have juste created again a new alias for both screenames 1&2, and still the same missing amount. It seems that some bonuses are forgotten by the alias.

I replaced the two screennames of alias by screename1 & screenname2.
Screenname1 plays PS (fr)
Screenname2 plays Party (fr)

I just tried to reproduce it with a small sample size:
2 players with some hands.
1 alias containing both players.
2 bonusses: 1 for player 1, 1 for player 2

I see both bonusses in the alias graph. Did i understand you right?

You understand me well, except that there are numerous small bonuses for first and second account.

If you look at my last screenshot, only about 30 bonus euros out of 638 bonus are missing.
Did I create too much bonuses ? Maybe it's an idea to follow.
If I have a bonus in 10 parts, I create 10 bonuses. Just to describe exactly my BR progression.

I will look if may be these are the last bonuses which are missing. I'm gonna change the amount x10 to have a better view of which bonus is here or not in the graph of the allias.

On your side, tell me if you see smthg.
And if you want to teamview to check by yourself, it's ok for me.

Can you create a new database for a test, import some of your hands and enter some bonusses to see when the problem occurs?

Possibly problem is your bonuses are divided in many parts.
If it is alone - do you have the same problem?

I have done several tests.
- Creating bonuses for two new accounts, with lots of bonuses : everything is fine.
- Creating new alias : still same problem.
- And I confirm that when you display each account independently, the amount (+bonuses) is correct.

Then I decided to check each bonus and change value to 4000 and see if graph changes. Doing so, I have found the faulty bonus. One bonus is not taken into account for the alias (and only for the alias, it works fine with the corresponding account). No reason for that. But ok, I just created a new bonus with same description, date, account, amount and now it is ok.

==> I did not delete the faulty bonus in case you would like to investigate. Tell me if you want to have a look at it (shall I send to you smthg ? Or do you want to teamview smthg ?). Or else I will delete it and if ever this problem occurs again, I know I just have to recreate a bonus and delete the faulty one.
