replay HH format ambiguous

Can we get players removed from the initial list who are not in the hand? Can we get a name in front of every player action? (instead of "fold,")

This hand history format is ambiguous. The beginning lists a number of players and their stacks. However, it lists players that are not in the hand at times. So when trying to figure out the nameless actions, this can be impossible or difficult when there are a number of mystery players to choose from.

Here's an example:

Here we have 6 players listed and yet only 5 players acting in the hand.

We don't know who folded first. The first action "fold," could have been "glober98" or "divinci666". We don't know who UTG is.
