PB when configuring an heroes

Hi,

I m trying to configure a heroes name.
I m using poker star.
I have configured the import and it seems working.
cause when I m playing on pokerstar the soft see me on the table but not able to get the stats, the member, ...
Moreover the soft see the history but not able to get the hands,...

how should I proceed to fix this ?
