    I just purchased Hold em Manager and have not recieved the download link or serial number. Please help.

    Default Cancelation

    I have not recieved my e mail verification. I just want to cancel my order and save everybody headaches. Please advise.

    Hi, you dont recieve it immediately, Roy manually processes it and emails it within 12 hours but more often than not youll get it much sooner.

    Add sales@holdemmanager.net to your whitelist to make sure the email doesnt arrive in the spam folder
