No HUD on betfair

Hi, playing on betfair. Hands are loading into HM, but no hud is appearing. Any idea?

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

ok, so I have downloaded the latest version which is now 1.11.06d.

Since my initial post I am no longer able to even upload the hand histories from Betfair.

It works for all the other sites, but not for Betfair. Obviously there is no HUD either as no hand histories are loaded.

I am playing 6 max Holdem on Betfair. The hand history file is saved where it is meant to be and it is set-up to be auto imported from there. I have also attempted to import that one file on its own, but it is as if does not see the file at all.

I am running Windows 7 and have turned on the 'Show all hidden files' in the Folder Options dialogue.

The hand histories are written in English as well.

Your auto-import configuration looks a bit overloaded and you should not have network path in this.

I suggest you delete all folders except the one for betfair (you can create a backup copy of the file config\holdemmanager.config which contains your original settings).

To import the existing betfair handhistory file please move it to a different folder and import it with import file. Does the import work without errors?

After this open a table at betfair, play some hands - are they imported?
If yes and you get no hud please use the tablefinder:
