Everest MTT import error bb>1000

Tourney Hands Tab show levels BB1 instead BB1000, BB2 vs BB2000. Less values works fine. This effected in stats, i.e. bb/100 values estimated totally wrong for these levels.

BUT if select "replay hand" or "view hand history" it show correct blind values.

I did new DB and installed 1.08, just imported hands again, problem exists.

I corrected HH: removed comma from values and HM imported correctly BB values.
Please fix this bug.

Also will be nice if HM import start understand final place and money won values (now place is wrong if no money, and show no many value at all):

if no prize:
< PLACE name="IGPlayer" place="20"/ >

in the money:
< PRIZE name="IGPlayer" place="2" prize="$4"/ >

will be great to have fixed in next betta.
