Importing Hands from Pokerstars (sent from PS via email)

I requested that Pokerstars send me some hands that I played on Jan 12 and 13th, and I have downloaded them onto my desktop. They are in a Microsoft Notepad file, but HEM is not importing them. On the import screen, the program says there are many errors with the imported hands, but offers no further info. What do you recommend?
