Replayer doesn't work

Replayer missing after firts use:

Yesterday I installed hm and I selected any hand to see the replay, it did work perfectly, but today the replayer is no longer available.
I have been reinstall hm just now in a new folder but replayer still doesn't work (full version 1.11.06c)

I run hm as administrator
I tried to run hm with firewall and eset nod32 disabled... but replayer didn't work

What should I do?

Is it not starting or what is happening?

* The replayer is not working with the Comodo firewall. You need to uninstall it.
If thats not the reason please try the following:.
1. close HM
2. create a backup copy of the file config\holdemmanager.config
3. open the original file in a texteditor like notepad
4. delete the 2 lines with the following settings:
setting name="ReplayerSettings" ...
and
setting name="ReplayerSkinToUse....
5. save and exit
6. restart HM. The lines in the config file will be recreated.
7. check the subfolder replayer skin\default skin of your holdemmanager installation path (default c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager. Does this folder exist and contain files? If not please come back, we need to send you the files.
8. Test the replayer again. If it still doesn't work you need to reinstall HM with a fresh configuration.

Hi this doesnt work for me.

In the folder "ReplayerSkin" i only have a cardrunners folder.

I have the same problem and did what netsrak said. The replayerskin files failed then I made an update of the newest version (06.e). But my replayerskin folder only contains a cardrunner folder without your named file. Does that mean I need more files and how can I get these because I already made a new installation by updating.

Please download the full installer from our homepage, install it to a different location (without Postgresql!) and copy the missing fiiles to your existing installation.
