Getting newest version.

For some reason the download fail when i agree to download the newest version from the pop up in the program. I looked over the website to find the manual download, but no luck. Can anyone link me?

You mean the "Check for updates" button?
Do you get any error message or what happens?
Is your internet explorer configured to access the internet?

Well - the "Check for updates" button is there and work, but there is just no download happening. I am using firefox. Though im not sure how i make sure its configured to access the internet ive never had similar trouble before.

I do get an error message. Its in Norwegian, but rough transelation: "An error occured. There is no info what so ever. You may press continue and live with it or press close to close the program. The system can not find the specified file."

I imagine the last part about the file may be of intrest?

You don't need firefox or anything like that. Is it giving you a message that an update is available and if you'd like to download? If this is the case, then the updater is going to close your HM, and download and install the update. Maybe it's not closing HM for you properly?

The only manual update is for betas. You can do that by going here:

Yes, it does seem that it doesent close HEM properly. I downloaded the beta and it seems to work well, so im satisfied.

Ok, just so you know for the future, if it doesn't close HM for some reason, then manually do it and it will complete the update.

Uhm, thanks. But i didnt send any email. I see that netsrak says he forwarded something. Must be that.
