Permission from Sites to Use Hold'em Manager

Hello,

Is there a thread that details the express permission by the sites to use Hold'em Manager? I have very large balances at these sites and before I get in any deeper, I want to know if HEM is something 1) expressly allowed or 2) not expressly decided but if you keep a low profile you should be fine or 3) expressly disallowed but if you follow instructions you won't get caught.
