Problems installing

I'm trying to download a trial version of the software. I have downloaded the postgres file fine; but now an error message continually pops up when trying to install Holdemmanager. Apparently there is an error occurring when trying to download the file. Here are the error details:

By the way, I'm not very computer literate! But I'll try and understand any response you can give!

Whats the error message it gives? That link is just to a new .net framework file which is needed for HM to run, maybe you can post a screenshot of the error
